CBM Review Tool

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 15, 2026

These terms describe use of CBM Review Tool at cbm.flexlabsin.cloud, a workspace for website review, content editing, task management, and connected publishing. They apply to the tool rather than to the separate websites or third-party services you connect.

Accounts and authorized use

Use an account assigned to you and keep your credentials secure. You must have authority to access each website, spreadsheet, and external service you connect. Do not share credentials, impersonate another user, bypass access restrictions, or use the service to access another person's information without permission.

Administrators manage accounts, features, and site permissions and may restrict or suspend access for security, misuse, or workspace administration. Connecting a website allows authorized administrators to manage it through its saved connection within the connected account's permissions.

Your content and instructions

You retain your rights in content you submit. You authorize the service to store, process, and transmit that content to the extent needed to carry out your requested workflows, including use of configured external services. You are responsible for having the necessary permissions for the material and instructions you provide.

Do not use the tool to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, distribute malicious software, or interfere with another service. Follow applicable laws and the policies of the websites and providers you use.

Reviews, AI output, and publishing

Automated reviews and AI-generated text can be incomplete or incorrect. Check facts, links, rights, and compliance before approving or publishing content. Review results do not guarantee accuracy, search rankings, business results, or regulatory compliance.

Editing, publishing, and enabled automation can change live websites and spreadsheet data. Confirm the target site and intended changes before starting a workflow, and keep suitable backups. Removing a connection or closing an account does not automatically reverse actions already completed.

Third-party integrations

Google, WordPress providers, AI providers, and hosting services have their own terms, permissions, availability, and usage limits. You are responsible for charges under your own provider accounts. The tool may be unable to complete an action if a provider is unavailable, rejects a request, changes an API, or revokes authorization.

Authorize only connections you need. You can disconnect supported integrations in the tool or revoke credentials directly with the provider. The Privacy Policy explains how connection and work data are handled.

Availability and responsibility

The service may change, require maintenance, or experience interruptions. Features and access depend on your workspace configuration. The service is provided on an as-available basis, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use and contacting support

You may stop using the service and revoke connected-service authorization at any time. Email flexlabsin@gmail.com to request account closure, assistance, or deletion of retained information. Data handling after closure is described in the Privacy Policy.

Updates

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The current version and its update date will be available on this page. Changes requiring notice or agreement will be handled as required by applicable law.
