What you can do with CBM

Why we ask for Google Sheets access

Google is an optional integration for task management. After signing in to CBM, you can connect Google in Settings → Keys & paths, select an existing task sheet, or create a blank template. CBM reads the selected tab's Website, Depth, URL, Person, Status, and Note columns to show tasks and writes completion status and notes when you finish work.

The current Google Sheets permission allows access to spreadsheets accessible to your Google account; it is not a single-file permission. The app's task workflow uses the spreadsheet selected for each website. We do not request Gmail or Contacts access. You can disconnect in Settings → Keys & paths or revoke authorization in your Google account.

Connections and your data

Connection credentials are stored encrypted on the server. Relevant page content and prompts are sent to the configured AI provider when you use AI features. Administrators manage workspace access and connected website work. Review generated content before publishing.

Our Privacy Policy explains collection, use, sharing, security, retention, and deletion. Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Getting access and support

CBM accounts are issued by the workspace administrator. For account access, support, privacy questions, or deletion requests, email the CBM Review Tool operator at flexlabsin@gmail.com.
